this recipe is for those who like oriental food. sushi is very healthy and delicious

Ingredient :Sushi meshi (the vinegared rice) is also called, "Shari".

Neta is the toppings (e.g., sliced raw fish, boiled shrimp, sliced egg omelet, etc.) for nigiri-zushi.
Preparing for the sushi rice.

Ingredients:

Uncooked rice 3000g

Water 3000cc

Rice vinegar 360cc

Sugar 160 g

Salt 100 g

Soaking ------ Mixing the rice with vinegar
1. Wash the rice thoroughly but don't wash it so forcefully that the rice grains crack. Do not wash the rice in hot water and never use soap. Next, rinse the rice with water. Repeat the process about 3 times.
2. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes to one hour before cooking.
3. Cook the rice. While the rice is cooking, combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
4. When the rice is done, let it stand for about 15 minutes.
5. Place the rice in the handai and slowly pour the vinegar mixture over the rice. Use the shamoji in a slicing motion to thoroughly blend the rice and vinegar mixture. Be careful not to press the rice with the shamoji. While mixing it, fan the rice with the uchiwa to remove any excess moisture.
6. Keep the Shari in a covered container maintaining its temperature around body temperature.

Born John Christopher Depp in Owensboro, Kentucky, on June 9, 1963, Johnny Depp was raised in Florida. He dropped out of school at age 15 in the hopes of becoming a rock musician. He fronted a series of garage bands including The Kids, which once opened for Iggy Pop, Depp got into acting after a visit to Los Angeles, California, with his former wife, Lori Anne Allison (Lori A. Depp, who introduced him to actor Nicolas Cage. He made his film debut in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984). In 1987 he shot to stardom when he replaced Jeff Yagher in the role of undercover cop Tommy Hanson in the popular TV series "21 Jump Street" (1987).In 1990, after numerous roles in teen-oriented films, his first of a handful of great collaborations with director Tim Burton came about when Depp played the title role in Edward Scissorhands(1990). Following the film's success, Depp carved a niche for himself as a serious, somewhat dark, idiosyncratic performer, consistently selecting roles that surprised critics and audiences alike. He continued to gain critical acclaim and increasing popularity by appearing in many features before re-joining with Burton in the lead role of Ed Wood (1994). In 1997 he played an undercover FBI agent in the fact-based film Donnie Brasco (1997), opposite Al Pacino; in 1998 he appeared in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998), directed by Terry Gilliam; and then, in 1999, he appeared in the sci-fi/horror film The Astronaut's Wife (1999). The same year he teamed up again with Burton in Sleepy Hollow (1999), brilliantly portraying Ichabod Crane.Depp has played many characters in his career, including another fact-based one, Insp. Fred Abberline in From Hell(2001). He stole the show from screen greats such as Antonio Banderas in the finale to Robert Rodriguez's "mariachi" trilogy, Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003). In that same year he starred in the marvelous family blockbuster Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), playing a character that only the likes of Depp could pull off: the charming, conniving and roguish Capt. Jack Sparrow. Now Depp is collaborating again with Burton in a screen adaptation of Roald Dahl's novel, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005).Off-screen, Depp has dated several female celebrities, and has been engaged to Jennifer Grey, Winona Ryder and Kate Moss. He was married to Lori Anne Allison in 1983 but they divorced her in 1985. Depp is living with French singer-actress Vanessa Paradis, with whom he has two children: Lily-Rose Melody, born in 1999 and Jack, born in 2002.

MeAn gIrLsS!!

Her parents being zoologists, Cady Heron has never known what "high school" truly meant. She lived her first 15 years in the African jungle, home-schooled, living life with only her parents and the animals of the wilderness, knowing all of the rules of survival. However, when she moves out of Africa, she has to learn the rules of high school, a jungle in itself. She instantly makes friends with two sweet teenagers, Damian and Janis, who, in the terms of the high school, were in the "out crowd." Soon she meets the Plastics, the three crude, beautiful, popular girls, consisting of Regina, the unofficial leader, Gretchen, Regina's full-time follower, and Karen, "one of the dumbest people you will ever meet." They immediately let her into their group, but Cady, wanting to keep her first friends, is unsure. The two convince Cady to keep her relationship with the Plastics, only so that they can know their dark secrets. However, events turn for the worse when Cady falls for Regina's ex-boyfriend, Aaron Samuels. When Regina finds out, she seeks revenge of Cady by taking Aaron back. When Cady finds out, what began as a game to discover secrets turns into a plan to destroy Regina. Now, Cady, Janis, and Damian plot together to bring Regina's status down. However, as Cady spends more time with the Plastics, she, too, begins to become one.
"I am not afraid of tomorrow, for I have seen yesterday and I love today.”
William Allen White quotes
Don't be afraid to step out and live your life like you want to. The world will always tell you how you should live your life but you are the one who decides what happens in your life. If you had a set back in your life it's ok but don't let it hold you back from the dreams that you have in your life. Yesterday is gone,,today is today,,and tomorrow will come later on. Smile and love the things that you were given because they can be the tools for you to get through your day.

The littlee mermaid!! (not the disney version)

The Little Mermaid lives at the sea bottom with her father the sea king; her grandmother; and her five elder sisters, born one year apart. When a mermaid turns 15, she is allowed to swim to the surface to watch the world above, and as the sisters become old enough, one of them visits the surface every year. As each of them returns, the Little Mermaid listens longingly to their descriptions of the surface and of human beings.
When the Little Mermaid's turn comes, she ventures to the surface, sees a ship with a handsome prince, and falls in love with him from a distance. A great storm hits, and the Little Mermaid saves the prince from a near-drowning. She delivers him unconscious to the shore near a temple. Here she waits until a young girl from the temple finds him. The prince never sees the Little Mermaid.
The Little Mermaid asks her grandmother whether humans can live forever if they do not drown. The grandmother explains that humans have a much shorter lifespan than merfolk's 300 years, but that when mermaids die they turn to sea foam and cease to exist, while humans have an eternal soul that lives on in Heaven. The Little Mermaid, longing for the prince and an eternal soul, eventually visits the Sea Witch, who sells her a potion that gives her legs, in exchange for her tongue (as the Little Mermaid has the most intoxicating voice in the world). Drinking the potion will make her feel as if a sword is being passed through her, and walking on her feet will feel like walking on knives. In addition, she will only get a soul if the prince loves her and marries her, for then a part of his soul will flow into her. Otherwise, at dawn on the first day after he marries another woman, the Little Mermaid will die brokenhearted and turn to sea foam.
The Little Mermaid drinks the potion and meets the prince, who is attracted to her beauty and grace even though she is mute. Most of all he likes to see her dance, and she dances for him despite her excruciating pain. When the prince's father orders his son to marry the neighboring king's daughter, the prince tells the Little Mermaid he will not, because he does not love the princess. He goes on to say he can only love the young woman from the temple, but adds that the Little Mermaid is beginning to take the temple girl's place in his heart. It turns out that the princess is the temple girl, who had been sent to the temple to be educated. The prince loves her and the wedding is announced.
The prince and princess marry, and the Little Mermaid's heart breaks. She thinks of all that she has given up and of all the pain she has suffered. She despairs, but before dawn, her sisters give her a knife that the Sea Witch has given them in exchange for their hair. If the Little Mermaid slays the prince with the knife, she will become a mermaid again and live out her full life.
The Little Mermaid cannot bring herself to kill the sleeping prince lying with his bride and, as dawn breaks, throws herself into the sea. Her body dissolves into foam, but instead of ceasing to exist, she feels the warmth of the sun; she has turned into a spirit, a daughter of the air. The other daughters of the air tell her she has become like them because she strove with all her heart to gain an eternal soul. She will earn her own soul by doing good deeds, and she will eventually rise into the kingdom of God.

MarY Magdalene and the Holy Grial.

I read this book and I liked it a lot because I find it very interesting.

The 1982 book, Holy Blood, Holy Grail suggested that Mary Magdalene was, literally, the Holy Grail, the vessel that carried Christ's blood into Europe. The idea is based on a minor French legend about a mysterious discovery by a parish priest, who supposedly learned the suppressed "truth" and used it to extort money from the Roman Catholic Church. Dan Brown's book, The Da Vinci Code, is based largely on the ideas presented in Holy Blood, Holy Grail.
In 1982, a book called Holy Blood, Holy Grail was published in the United States by Henry Lincoln, Michael Baigent, and Richard Leigh. In their book, the authors examined a French legend of a small area known as Rennes-le-Chateau. The legend claimed that in the 1800s the parish priest, Beringer Sauniere, undertook the remodeling of his church, which had been built in the 10th century. In the course of the work, the main altar was taken down. Inside of a pillar that had supported the altar, Sauniere allegedly discovered secret documents containing mysterious codes.
Sauniere took the documents to his superior in Paris, who arranged to have them translated and the codes decrypted. Upon his return to Rennes-le-Chateau, he mysteriously went from an impoverished state to extreme wealth, undertaking several construction projects that would have exceeded his regular income. The legend goes on to say that Sauniere was investigated by the Church but charges were dropped after he made a trip to Rome. On his deathbed, it was said, he divulged a secret so disturbing to the priest who was administering last rites that the priest left the room and refused to finish the job, leaving Sauniere to die without absolution.
The codes in the documents, we are told, alluded to a lost treasure, secret societies and the origins of Christianity. The authors of Holy Blood, Holy Grail conclude that they are related to Holy Grail mythology that referred not to a chalice, but to Mary Magdalene, who carried Jesus' blood into Europe in the form of an unborn child. The child then went on to marry and form the first line of French kings, known as the Merovingians.
Holy Blood, Holy Grail created an enormous sensation, and almost immediately spawned an entire genre of related literature based on the idea that Jesus and Mary Magdalene had been married and founded the Merovingian bloodline. Although the authors now defend their work as "speculation" rather than anything that can be proved, it has become very clear that there is a contingent of die-hard believers in the new Holy Grail mythology. A conspiracy theory at its root, Holy Blood, Holy Grail alleges that the Roman Catholic Church was aware of the bloodline and has suppressed the knowledge for two millennia.
